The package combines the BM20200 Mobile Roller Brake Tester with a dedicated transport trailer and onboard generator, creating a highly flexible brake-testing system for workshops, fleet operators, commercial vehicle businesses and organisations that need to carry out testing at different locations. BM’s trailer solution is specifically designed to transport mobile vehicle inspection equipment and can be configured around the requirements of the operator.

Once on site, the BM20200 can be unloaded and positioned directly on a workshop floor or suitable ground surface, avoiding the need for permanent civil works or a traditional fixed brake tester installation. BM states that its complete trailer system can be set up in less than 30 minutes, with equipment designed so that loading and unloading can be handled by one person.

The equipment is connected to and powered by the onboard generator housed within the trailer, allowing the system to be used at locations where a suitable electrical supply may not be available. Special unloading rails and an integrated electric winch are used to move the equipment safely in and out of the trailer.

The BM transport system is built for regular commercial use, with high-quality hot-galvanised steel construction and the ability to start with a simpler configuration and add further BM equipment later if required. BM’s wider trailer platform can also accommodate equipment such as the BM53000 Mobile Wheel Play Detector, emission testing equipment and headlight testing equipment.
