For many companies, brake tests have to be pre-booked into their local garages, a driver has to take the vehicle to be tested and usually waits whilst the test is carried out. Depending on the size of your fleet, this could be costing your business a fortune.

We are expanding our hire services to include the new mobile BM20200 HGV brake tester from BM Autoteknik. These machines have been used by the DVSA and VOSA for many years and are able to test any vehicle that is road legal in the United Kingdom.

Currenty, we are offering two options of hiring our brake testers.

Brake Tester Hire Option 1

Hire of a mobile BM20200 commercial brake tester, with one of our trained operators for the day.

What you get for this service:

We will deliver a BM20200 mobile brake tester to your premises and set-up the rollers in a suitable location, either indoors or outdoors.
Our operator will carry out a complete brake test of any vehicle you have on site requiring a test.
For each brake test carried out you will receive a print out with a pass or fail result, along with an in-depth print out of the test for diagnosis.
All brake tests carried out on the day will be exported to a memory stick which you can keep for your records.
As a guide we are able to carry out 6 brake tests per hour. This capacity may be increased if the vehices are ready for testing one after another.
No man hours lost booking tests in, transporting them to site and back.

Brake Tester Hire Option 2:

Hire the brake tester for a given period of time.

What you get for this service:

We will deliver a BM20200 mobile brake tester to your premises.
The machine will be set up in a suitable location to a power supply.
Up to 2 hours training will be given to your staff who will be operating the machine (max 4 persons).
Short, medium and long term brake tester hire available.
There are no limits of how many brake tests you can carry out, as long as the machine is not abused.

Terms of this hire service:

If you are hiring the machine to be used by your own staff, we will need to see proof the machine is fully insured for the term it is on hire.
All damages caused by incorrect use or abuse must be paid for.
